Avoid at all costs!

We had Edward Bays in to do some pipework. They never turned up for 2 days despite us calling them numerous times which we lost 2 days takings. Eventually they did come and done substandard work after we got their work assessed by another company. They also never gave us completion certificates that we had to chase for 2 weeks. On the above basis we disputed their invoice for which no one wanted to talk to us, their Managing Director told us he wasn't interested in reading our emails or talking to us "just pay the bill". Poor workmanship, terrible communication, very rude and abrupt. Avoid at all costs!!!
