Welcome to the Lifting Room! Many people have come to our facility expecting it to be different, but still similar to other gyms they have tried in the past. This is not the case. We don't use fancy machines or crash diets to get results, we do what truly works. The Lifting Room was created out of our passion for training. We respect the individual and will train you as such.
